Timing

• To date 89 lots have been released.

• Planning approval has just been granted for the further development of 540 lots, with works to commence on 67 lots in April 2008.

Size

• The Oyster Harbour Development will occupy 210 hectares. The area is semi-rural woodlands overlooking Oyster Harbour and King River.

• Approximately 35 hectares is dedicated to Public Open Space, including a Foreshore Reserve and Conservation Wetland and Buffer Reserve.
